Part 2 ROI:  Running out of Ideas for Physician Relations

Presented by

Laurie Slater, Partner, Corporate Health Group

and
Mary Molnar, Senior Director - Physician Liaison Services, Einstein Healthcare Network

Abstract
Are you at a loss with where to begin when defining or presenting ROI for your physician relations program?  Or, are you at a standstill with what you started to design?  Do you want to seek advice from others in order to adopt a model?  Learn from an academic system how they internally sold their concepts, the detail around how they utilized resources, organized their process, assigned measurement, increased volume and learned to report their ROI.

Join Laurie and Mary for this informative presentation.

CREATING SYNERGY BETWEEN CONSUMER AND PHYSICIAN MARKETING

Presented by Suzanne Sawyer, Chief Marketing Officer for University of Pennsylvania Health System

Abstract
Whether an organization seeks to grow volume, enhance customer service, or improve care management, the Physician Relations team is an essential resource.  But this group is part of a larger strategic ecosystem.  By collaborating closely with colleagues in the Strategic Marketing function, each group can have an increased understanding of the broader market.  Together, they can develop and execute integrated plans, and understand how their collective effort impacts the organization’s goals.

Members who have paid for the full series do NOT need to re-register each time.

You will be sent a unique participation link one week prior to the next webinar and then again a reminder link the day before the presentation.
