Physician Alignment Changes and Challenges

Presented by our Gold Level Sponsor

As healthcare market complexity and competitiveness continue to morph, these challenges have a particular impact on Physician Liaisons trying to focus on both strategy and day-to-day operations, as well as build value-added relationships with the doctors you want and need. In this changing and challenging environment, identifying, tracking and engaging key practices are critical to successful physician-hospital alignment.

In this session IMS health experts and an influential hospital representative will share case stories to illustrate how accurate information combined with automated techniques, tactics and tools enable Physician Liaisons to have targeted interactions with measurable outcomes via a fully-customized PRM application embedded with robust, real-world physician intelligence and analytics.

Most of the webinars, pending authorization from the presenter, will be recorded and archive links will be available for viewing to paid subscribers only.  If you are unavailable to participate on the scheduled date, you can view them at convenience.

  • Pick up innovative applications based on a case where liaisons are actively engaging surgeons in outreach strategies using advanced data.

  • Learn more about the importance of data and analytics and the broad way these platforms and data can be used to support successful relationship building.
  • See how hospitals can learn from other industries, including pharma manufacturers who’ve been dealing with docs for decades.

Whether an organization seeks to grow volume, enhance customer service, or improve care management, the Physician Relations team is an essential resource.  But this group is part of a larger strategic ecosystem.  By collaborating closely with colleagues in the Strategic Marketing function, each group can have an increased understanding of the broader market.  Together, they can develop and execute integrated plans, and understand how their collective effort impacts the organization’s goals.
