For many liaisons, this role is a passion, a profession and it’s about meaningful work. When that’s good it’s great when it’s bad, well… it’s a problem. Social/work connections have suffered this year, pressures are real and our ability to “do the job” has been in an upheaval. Feeling accomplished needs more than a motivational talk, it needs a plan. We’ll examine 6 areas that may need attention including ways to identify the source and suggestions for improvement.
