Join us for this virtual networking session on Monday, May 11th, from 2:00–3:00 pm ET, open to both AAPL members and non-members nationwide. This free, casual forum will focus on Care and Feeding of a Liaison Team.

Building and sustaining a high-performing physician liaison team requires intentional onboarding, ongoing training, and meaningful engagement. This interactive membership chat will explore practical strategies for setting your team up for success.

We will explore topics such as creating effective onboarding experiences and designing impactful team meetings that foster collaboration and accountability. Participants will also discuss the value of ride-a-longs as a tool for coaching, development, and real-time feedback in the field.
